Tiered Storage Filter Driver SDK 2.2 was released

Tiered Storage Filter Driver SDK 2.2 was released.

The new features were added in this released:
1. Supported block level data read back,for large file, you don't need to restore the full file back, you can only restore the blocks data which the user requested.
2. Supported kernel level reparse file open when the tag data was set to the target file.
3. Supported reading stub files from UNC path.
