In-House Developer License
An In-House Developer License allows one developer to create an unlimited number of derived works using the product. These derived works may be deployed to one site (physical location) within your organization.
Note: This license does not permit royalty-free redistribution, public-facing web deployment, or SaaS project deployment scenarios.
- Covers one developer and/or one physical location.
- Separate licenses must be purchased for each additional developer or deployment site, whichever is greater.
- Additional developer licenses cost 50% of the regular developer license price.
- Requires activation on each computer that uses the SDK during the support period (maximum 50 computers per license).
OEM Developer License
An OEM Developer License allows one developer to create an unlimited number of derived works using the product, which may be deployed on up to 10,000 computers, either within or outside your organization.This license supports:
- Royalty-free distribution
- Public-facing web deployment
- SaaS project deployment
Key terms:
- Each license covers one developer.
- Additional developer licenses cost 50% of the regular OEM Developer License price.
- Purchase of two full OEM Developer Licenses grants an unlimited OEM Developer License for all developers in your organization.
- Activation is required only on the developer’s computer during the support period.
Source Code License
The Source Code License is non-refundable. By paying an additional $3,000, you can get the extra Unlimited OEM Developer License.This license allows:
- Unlimited development without developer limitation
- A non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to make and use copies of the Source Code
- Installation on any number of your computers for:
- Internal use
- Designing, developing, and testing your software products
- Redistribution of the Source Code or any part of it to third parties is strictly prohibited
